Yelp For Teachers

I want to be able to provide a site or app in order to provide clean reviews of their former teachers and facilities in select school districts to start. I want the reviews to have a rating system that averages up and provides an overall score for each of the teachers and an average overall teacher score for each school.
Combined with the facilities score there would be an average overall school score. The hope is that each school in the district would be scored and provide an overall avaerage score for the district, which could lead to overall scores for the county as well as the state!

•Easy accessiblity from phone or website •A feature that if reveiws are negative that a description MUST be provided •Log-in features and verification of email in order to certify reviews •Eventually I want to be able to integrate service with home buying sites to provide "scores" of districts in the area. •Average scores based on a curve and color coded •User Interface is key
