Many performing musicians also maintain private studios in their homes in which they teach lessons to students. As my passion project, I would like to create an app that simplifies the scheduling and billing process for them and their students.
Proposed features include:
the ability for teachers to enter their availability for lessons.
students to log-in to the app to schedule their lessons at the desired time and for the appropriate length of time.
students can also update their contact information using their log-in.
teachers can see their daily schedule and student contact information.
teachers can use their schedule to take attendance and write notes regarding the student's lesson.
teacher can send a bill for any lessons received during a specific time period (probably a month) based on the student's attendance. This would preferably use PayPal or similar service.
