 For my passion project I want to create an app(I think) that would facilitate travellers meeting with residents/locals of wherever they're travelling. The idea being that the locals would be able to show travellers the places outside the normal tourist path. More importantly it would get the traveller to actually engage with people outside the tourism industry and possibly understand more about where they are travelling. I would like participation in this platform to be reciprocal i.e. travellers  would in turn 'host' others when they come to their hometown.
