+- I want to create app for people, that assist them to manage their rental properties (short term/long term). User will be able to track each and every rental property separately. User will be able to track expenses, rental income, generate invoice and create user profile (upload lease and background check information) for current residents. User will also be able to take applications online for prospective tenants.
