In the past 5 years, My father and I have spent our free time purchasing and restoring single family houses to either rent or resell. Dad being the DIY hands on type, then leaves the finer planning and financial details to me. Since I have moved 600 miles away to join Zip Code I will have to design software to take my place in aiding him. This software will include a dashboard of a map of all the future properties of interest, properties currently being restored, and maintenance status of rental properties, progress statues, financial details, contractor schedules, etc.
