Implement the accumulate operation, which, given a collection and an
operation to perform on each element of the collection, returns a new
collection containing the result of applying that operation to each element of
the input collection.
Given the collection of numbers:

Keep your hands off that collect/map/fmap/whatchamacallit functionality provided by your standard library! Solve this one yourself using other basic tools instead.
Lisp specific: it's perfectly fine to use MAPCAR or the equivalent,
as this is idiomatic Lisp, not a library function.
