in this first exercise, i face the problem that Gradle was not installed on my device. the tutorial doesn't mention this part. even before i fetch the exercise there was no mention to the Gradle in the installation. so I think as a beginner it might help to add this part to the new people will try and use the tutorial in future and some of them will probably face this issue.

Remove duplicate "the"

- in base build script, filter out @Ignores so that maintainers can run
  the full test suites.
- increase the verbosity of test logging to aide in seeing progress as
  tests are un@Ignored and solved.
- revamped GETTING_STARTED.md to reflect new output.  It is now a
  complete guide from start to finish with calls-to-action at the end of
  the instructions.

With exercism/exercism.io@54e1df3, we can now gather exercises into a
subdirectory. By separating the language track files from the
configuration and management files, it is easier to read the project.

- move gradle config under "exercises" too as it would make a mess
  otherwise.

This implementation does not generate a test suite based on the json
meta the hello-world exercise.
